PIC BY KORAY EROL/CATERS NEWS (Pictured: Liam Bolland posing with the 20.000 calorie ice cream) - Is this the UK’s biggest ice cream sundae? Containing over 10,000 calories and seven days’ worth of sugar, it’s no surprise the desert challenge remains undefeated. Liam Bolland, 21, from Ipswich, took on the gigantic eating challenge, dubbed the Teddy Full House, but was defeated after eating just over half of the pudding in 25 minutes. Desert restaurant, Teddylicious, in Erdington, West Midls, set up the huge challenge which included 25 scoops of ice cream, waffles, flakes, wafers, strawberries, and bananas. The entire dessert was then covered in lashings of chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla syrup as well as sprinkles and cherries – which proved too difficult to stomach for Liam. Restaurant Manager, Iby Yasmin, 31, spent half an hour putting the dessert together with his staff and explained how he had never prepared anything of this size before. SEE CATERS COPY.
